Established in 1991 by Alan Moorhouse MBE, the company has developed into a leading supplier to many prominent companies in both the industrial and commercial sectors as well as the principle source of reference for many specifier's. Alan was one of the first designers to realise the significance of the effect on transformers used in power distribution systems of Harmonic currents produced by modern technology. From this realisation a range of Harmonic Cancellation transformers was developed. The requirement for and production of this type of transformer has grown exponentially since that time and Admagnetics has become a leading supplier to panel manufacturers for many prestige projects throughout the UK. The production of Standby Power equipment has always been an integral part of Admagnetics manufacturing policy as many of the wound components produced by the company are required in the manufacture of these equipments. The company is the preferred supplier to many leading Emergency Lighting manufacturers and Hospital supply companies.
We operate a quality system which is certified to ISO 9001:2000. All our products are subject to routine testing before leaving the factory. Witness testing, special test requirements and provision of Test Certificates and Certificates of Conformity by agreement. Technical assistance is available for all products through our Customer Services and Sales departments.
The factory is located in a modern industrial unit adjacent to motorway access in an area which has traditional been well known for electrical manufacturing. Consequently the workforce has developed within the industry and gathered a substantial wealth of design and manufacturing experience which stands the company in good stead for continued expansion.
