Our small single phase transformers employ quality proprietary standard pattern stamped laminations and bobbins. Universal frames are employed to offer a range of mounting options. We hold subtantial stocks of standard parts enabling us to offer quick turn round of orders.

Termination is via touch proof terminal blocks with the option of solder tags on lower rating transformers; studs and DIN rail terminals on larger transformers with flying leads throughout the range being offered as required to meet our client's requirements.

All transformers are available with standard control voltage options or specifically designed to match client's requirements.

Larger single phase power transformers either employ quality proprietary parts in a similar manner to the smaller transformers, or where the rating exceeds their practical use, we use our own in-house produced cores in addition to our home produced coils. Generally terminations are provided via DIN rail mounted power terminals or busbar connections.

Single phase transformers are available as double wound transformers to provide electrical isolation or auto wound transformers for reduced size and cost where isolation is not an issue.

All standard transformers are rated for continuous operation.

Standard thermal insulation rating is Class B for the smaller single phase transformers and Class F or Class H for the larger power transformers.
